An engineering practice, not a vendor.
Atzi Labs is an independent engineering practice. New as a firm; not new at the work.
Eleven years building and running enterprise systems — event-driven microservices in large Java and AWS estates, across national retail, federal government, telecom and streaming, fleet IoT, and industrial cloud. Systems with real users, real uptime requirements, and real consequences when they break.
That’s the background we bring to AI. Today that includes hands-on work inside a large enterprise AI incubator — building AI-assisted development workflows and the servers that connect AI agents to internal systems. We use AI where it earns its place, and say so where it doesn’t.
How we work
Senior engineering, start to finish. A small number of engagements at a time, scoped tightly, handed over so your team owns the result. We’d rather tell you something isn’t worth building than sell you the build.
What we won’t do
We won’t put AI where it doesn’t earn its place, hand your project to juniors, or sell you a transformation. We do a defined piece of real work, well. Atzi Labs is new as a firm — the engineering isn’t; the notes are the clearest picture of how we think.
