How we help

Three kinds of work.

They’re stages, not a menu — most teams start with the first and only continue if it’s worth it. We take on a small number of engagements at a time, so scope is deliberate and the work stays with the people who scoped it, start to finish.

01

Estate & Opportunity Review

Directors told to do something with AI who don't want to burn a quarter guessing.

The problem
You're under pressure to move on AI, but your estate is large, real, and a decade old — not a greenfield demo. Starting in the wrong place costs a quarter you can't get back.
What you get
We read your architecture, data, and constraints, then give you a written assessment: where AI pays off, where it doesn't, what's blocking you, and a ranked shortlist worth building — with rough effort and risks. A plain document, not a deck.
The engagement
Two to three weeks. Kickoff, read access, a few working sessions with your engineers, and a written review we walk through together. Fixed scope.
02

First Build

Teams that know what they want and need one real thing shipped.

The problem
Demos prove nothing. You need one genuinely useful thing running in your environment, against your data, that a real user relies on.
What you get
One scoped capability — designed, built, tested, deployed, and documented so your team owns it after we leave. Retrieval over your docs or logs, a tool that removes a manual step, a pipeline that makes your data usable. Small enough to finish.
The engagement
Four to eight weeks, scoped precisely up front. We build in your environment, check in weekly, and hand over working software plus the notes to run it. No black boxes.
03

Platform Foundations

Teams whose real blocker isn't AI — it's reaching their own data.

The problem
Most AI efforts stall on unglamorous things: data you can't reach, no observability, pipelines that break silently. AI sits on a working platform — if it isn't there, neither is the AI.
What you get
The engineering underneath: dependable data pipelines, searchable logs, observability, and the infrastructure-as-code to run it repeatably. The core of our last decade, with or without AI.
The engagement
A few weeks per gap. We find the blocker, agree on what fixed means, build it, and hand it over. Often what the Review turns up as the real first step.
Not sure which you need?

That’s what the first conversation is for.

If it’s the Review, we’ll scope it. If your problem is something else, we’ll tell you.
